My only regular "workouts" since Cora's birth are family walks. The occasional just me and the dog walks are very few. But Cora's friend, Amanda is 7 months older and had outgrown her gym since she now crawls everywhere. So Cora gets to borrow her gym and gets to "workout" every diaper change--and more. What's more is that she really enjoys it. So at least one girl is getting in a good workout around here.
