The new year. A new blog. To keep some of my faraway friends and family in the know about our daily life of activities. We started off the year very low key, only running errands and playing for the most part.
Yesterday, New Year's Eve, was much more exciting. We spent most of the day with Tracy, X, and N. Tracy was my roommate and friend from college. She came to GA to visit family, but made a day to spend time with us as well. First we went to their hotel with plans to swim, but when the heat isn't turned on in the indoor pool, well, not even an excited 4 or 5 year old will do anything but stick his toes in the water. So we got dressed and went to Pump It Up for a bit to get out all our jumps, ate lunch, then came back to play at our house. (McCance and N also napped a bit.) The kids seem to have lots of fun together even though we only see each other once or twice a year. Pictures to come soon. Tracy was the photographer of the day.

i LOVE that you have started a blog...i will be one of your faithful readers...and if you fall too far behind...believe me, i'll be emailing you! ;) it makes me feel closer reading all these entries...i miss just living a few hours from you, even though i didn't get down there much my second year in SC.
