Papa Terry's birthday was Friday and we were able to help him celebrate a day late with a cake and candles. Since we didn't have 70 candles, we just made the candles into the shape of a "70". Thank you, Kelly for the recipe for Pina Colada Cake. I actually made my version with a homemade cake since I didn't have a mix and whipping cream and put it into a 9 x 12 pan to make it easier.

OH. MY. GOODNESS. that look DELICIOUS!!! i WILL be trying that recipe out...hm...i know a bday coming up to try it out for, too! :)
