The look isn't so prevalent in this photo, but McCance has inherited the Page sweet tooth. I have it (although not nearly so "bad" as my brother, I think.), my dad has it, my grandpa had it, and my great-grandpa had it. When this child eats a piece of cake, a cookie, or any other sweet, dessert-like substance, he doesn't simply eat it. He devours it intently, with a look on his face that says, "This is serious business. I won't be interrupted."
So when McCance comes around, hide the goodies until he's had some "grow food" first. He loves to eat, but even more so if it's sweet.
