We got our Christmas tree a bit later this year in hopes that it wouldn't dry out before we returned from our little trip to Florida (and we could keep it around until January 6th--the 12th day of Christmas.) We found a smaller tree (for only $5 at Lowe's!) and set it on the Lego table and thus Cora-proofed it. Not exactly Southern Living/Home and Garden style, but we like it and think we have quite a festive tree this year.
